The article is about Muscles. The smallest muscle in our body is the Stapedius.The biggest muscle is our Gluteus Maximus. Cramp happen when a muscle stays tightly contracted. When we sleep our muscles relax and our breathing and heart rate slow down. It is important to warm up before we play. Stretching our muscles help to keep them flexible.We can eat healthy food like eggs,meat,fish and cheese to keep our muscles strong and healthy.

I liked this article because it teaches us about how to keep our muscles strong  and healthy.

Study ladder

Today I went on study ladder and I played a game called Subtract single digit numbers. It helped me with my maths skills so that I could get better at it.
